The Position

  • Acquire and negotiate assets in the field of wireless infrastructure
  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline of leads
  • Conduct independent market research to enhance leads and convert them into closed deals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the site owner generating and negotiating offers and providing guidance throughout the process
  • Work with Legal and Underwriting departments to facilitate and compile due diligence materials

Candidate Profile

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership and relationship building skills
  • Ability to develop rapport and act as a trusted advisor
  • Strong negotiation and closing expertise with a proven track record
  • Analytical with solid computer knowledge, prior work experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Fluency in French and English required (both oral and written)
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and within a team environment
  • Experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar a plus

The position of sales, site acquisitions & business development is ideal for the professional who enjoys being part of a team, but thrives as an individual contributor and is highly self-motivated. This role is perfect for someone with a Telecom, ICT, Mortgage or Real Estate background. We will train and educate you on every aspect of our industry.   • Origination and acquisition of Telecom – ICT – Wireless infrastructure assets
  • Develop and independently manage your own pipeline/territory within CRM
  • Target prospects strategically and independently manage weekly schedule and client visits
  • Directly negotiate with clients and close deals on-site
  • Work collaboratively with in-house directors on current deals within your territory
  • Assist in generating deal flow and maintaining client relationships
  • Prepare investment proposal, negotiate and close deals. Negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Ability to research leads, obtain and gather data to improve company CRM database
  • Participate in the coordination and organization of due diligence materials & provide transactional support
  • Report directly to a VP or Country Manager


  • Computer skills with an emphasis on internet search know-how (must prove proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation)
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, organization skills, team-oriented work ethic
  • Knowledge in finance/banking, mortgage, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar profession a major plus
  • Ability to work independently; not dependent on boss or manager to “make things happen”
  • Is self-motivated; entrepreneurial attitude & work ethic. Can operate their “own business” inside of a larger business

We offer a base salary, bonus(es), and aggressive commissions that exceed industry standards. To be clear – there are three elements to the compensation plan (Base + Bonus + Commissions).
